- forking a sync demon should work ok, even memory protection should make no
- problems, as the memory is then shared between the xfs and the demon.

- Even the problems with GEM should not be too hard, as mint makes task switches
- also on system calls, so when GEM or a GEM program is calling gemdos, there
- should be the possibility of letting the demon run. But of course such a DA
- would be best.

- I can post such a thing here (or to the public) if there is interest; it is
- written in assembler, so it uses much less memory than a C implementation.
